So the Red Sox named Arnie Beyeler their first base coach. Arnie Beyeler has been in the minors for 26 years. He has been a player, coach, and manager in the minors for 26 years. He has been a manager for Pawtucket for the last two seasons. This year, he led Pawtucket to the Governor's Cup and had a great year. He is finally joining the majors after 26 years and is the Red Sox's first base coach. He will probably not have that much effect for us but it's great for him joining the majors for once. One effect he will probably have is our minor league players. He will probably be able to work with them better and he will know them more, but it's not that big of a deal.
