Bruins Beat Lightning 4-2

The Bruins beat the Tampa Bay Lightning Thursday night by a score of 4-2. The offense sure did show up tonight. The Bruins got on the board quickly with a goal from Nathan Horton. They would score again in the first period from a goal by Patrice Bergeron. Tampa Bay would score later in the first and then tie it up in the second, but the Bruins would respond with a goal from Brad Marchand. Then in the beginning of the 3rd period, Nathan Horton would score again. The game would remain 4-2, and Horton had 2 chances to get his hat trick, both on empty nets, in which he hit the post twice.

Tuukka Rask: 24 out of 26 shots saved (Still bad Abudi?)
Nathan Horton: 2 Goals
Brad Marchand: 1 Goal, 1 Assist
Patrice Bergeron: 1 Goal, 1 Assist
Dougie Hamilton: 2 Assists
Milan Lucic: 7 Hits

Player Of The Game: Nathan Horton

So 4 Bruins had a 2 point night tonight, including rookie Dougie Hamilton who had 2 assists. Marchand leads the Bruins in goals with 9. He is looking like Boston's best scorer right now. Anyways, next up the Bruins face the horrendous Panthers, who have already let up 58 goals this season, I'm sorry but I can't resist saying this: THIS SHOULD BE A VERY EASY WIN!
