The Bruins beat the Sabres 2-0 with a nice performance by both goalies. No goals were scored in the first 2 periods until David Krechi scored his 8th of the year on a rebound. A few minutes later Nathan Horton would score his 11th and 3rd straight game. Khudobin would earn his first shutout of the season and 2nd of his career. Lets look at the stats:
Anton Khudobin: 26 out of 26 shots saved
David Krechi: 1 goal and a assist
Nathan Horton: 1 goal and a assist
Player of the Game: Anton Khudobin
Also a nice little note, Matt Bartowski got his first point of his career on an assist. Rask and Khudobin are a nice 1 2 punch. One struggles the other can come in and do good, i'd feel confident no matter who starts in playoffs. Also the Celtics lost by 19 to the Knicks and i don't want to post about that...............
